Performance and Features:

   DK-2008 repair system is a large art battery processing instrument with integrated charge, repair and discharge functions, which can handle 24 12V/5-150AH lead-acid batteries simultaneously for capacity test and multiple repairs, especially suitable for the maintenance and repair of various lead-acid batteries installed in electric bicycles, having obvious effects on prolonging battery service life. The operation of this instrument is very simple and intuitive. It is also fully equipped with various safety protection devices, making it safe and reliable. Repair parameters can be configured flexibly. The instrument features a modularized structure which makes maintenance a lot easier. All modules are independent of each other; even if malfunctions are present in some modules, others can still function quite normally. No damage would be made on the instrument in the event of output short circuit and/or reverse connection. Over current and over voltage would not happen during the operation. The overheating protection temperature setting is65°Cby default, and automatic protection will be triggered in the event of overheating.

Main functions as follows:

1. Charge (Ordinary/Water Replenish)

The charge current is 0.5-10A constant, and current adjustment divides into 20 positions, each in 0.5A; into the constant voltage range, negative pulse depolarization function would start to work; current in the constant voltage range would be reduced automatically, and single-chip microcontroller would control the current automatically in accordance with the rate of voltage and time changes to effectively prevent battery thermal runaway; timer function in the constant voltage range prevents excessive battery charge time caused by battery failure or incorrect parameter configuration; temperature compensation function would automatically adjust the position of current.

2. Capacity test:

Discharge current is 0-10A constant &plun;1%, and current adjustment divides into 20 positions, each in 0.5A; end-of-discharge voltage is 10.5V&plun;1%; capacity test layer is powered by batteries to be tested, with consumed current being tallied into the discharge current, and no external power supply is needed; instrument display is shown in two dial meters, with the upper one for battery voltage in V, and the lower one for discharge time in minute.

3. Pulse repair

Pulse current is 0.15A-1.3A constant adjustable, and the current adjustment is divided into 9 positions; the working frequency is 100Hz-9900Hz, and it can operate in modes of sweep frequency or fixed frequency.

4. Activation repair”

Use pulse large current (maximum peak up to 200A) to conduct special activation treatment on batteries, and this technique can significantly increase the capacity of batteries with a softened positive plate. As the activation output pulse current is relatively large, it can be used for the charge and maintenance of batteries with a capacity larger than 24AH.
