It is the dry pressure technique without media liquid. In the common condition, the displacement is less than 0.025mm and the electron wires can get the information of the displacement and transform it to be a standard industry measuring digital. Because the distance between the film and the ceramic body only is 0.1mm, the biggest displacement for the over pressure is 0.1mm. 五、系統(tǒng)連接及調(diào)試 變送器在測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中的連接見(jiàn)圖3。建議電源電壓Us 選用24V.DC。 二次儀表中采樣電阻（負(fù)載電阻）RL 的阻值選用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 選用別的數(shù)值，那么RL= Vs-12/ 0.02 值 不能超過(guò)由公式計(jì)算得到的數(shù)值。 變送器頂部?jī)蓚?cè)面的連接孔用電纜密封或信號(hào)線裝配，信號(hào)電纜通過(guò)緊固螺母鎖緊，不用的連接口必須密封。 五、Connection and debugging See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V. The connected gauge should be RL=250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and RL，the RL can not exceedRL= Vs-12/ 0.02 . Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight nut. The hole without used should be sealed. 如果使用的是本質(zhì)安全防爆儀表，必須與安全柵配套使用，組成本安防爆系統(tǒng)。 If it is the essential safety pressure gauge, it is necessary to fit with the safe bar to form the essential safety system as following:   出廠前壓力變送器已按訂貨要求調(diào)試合格，用戶無(wú)需再做調(diào)整。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后如需重新標(biāo)定，可分別調(diào)整“調(diào)零電位器”和“調(diào)量程電位器”。壓力量程的下限值對(duì)應(yīng)4mA，上限值對(duì)應(yīng)20mA. The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust“ Zero electric device” and“ Range electric device”. The down limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA. 六、安 裝 1. 直接安裝在測(cè)量點(diǎn)上（任意角度）。 2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動(dòng)小的場(chǎng)合，同時(shí)避免強(qiáng)振動(dòng)和沖擊。 3. 測(cè)量蒸汽或其它高溫介質(zhì)時(shí)，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時(shí)，請(qǐng)安裝散熱裝置或其它冷卻裝置連接。 4. 安裝時(shí)應(yīng)在變送器和介質(zhì)之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測(cè)量。在壓力波動(dòng)范圍大的場(chǎng)合還應(yīng)加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。 六、Installation notes 1. Direct install to the measuring point（any angles）. 2. It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration. 3. While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If necessary, fit it with cooling devices. 4.
