一、丹富斯全銅壓差控制閥性能與特點(diǎn)：全銅壓差控制閥

該閥為雙瓣結(jié)構(gòu)，閥桿不平衡力小，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，用于供熱（空調(diào)）水系統(tǒng)中，恒定被控系統(tǒng)的壓差，并有以下特點(diǎn)：

二、全銅壓差控制閥主要技術(shù)參數(shù)全銅壓差控制閥

 1、公稱壓力：1.6MPa；

 2、介質(zhì)溫度：0~120℃；

 3、工作壓差范圍：0.02~0.3 MPa；

 4、控制壓差設(shè)定值：0.02 MPa（2mH2O）,控制壓差可調(diào)范圍2~6 mH2O；

 5、導(dǎo)壓管長(zhǎng)度：1m ；

 6、導(dǎo)壓管連接端尺寸：1/2//管螺紋。

三、壓差控制閥安裝調(diào)試

 1、介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向應(yīng)與閥體箭頭方向一致；

2、該型閥應(yīng)安裝在供水管上，閥上接導(dǎo)壓管，導(dǎo)壓管的另一端與供水管連接，建議在導(dǎo)壓管供水端安裝1/2//球閥，以便啟動(dòng)消除堵塞功能；全銅壓差控制閥

3、在導(dǎo)壓管前的供水管上應(yīng)安裝過(guò)濾閥，避免水質(zhì)太差造成該閥失去自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能；

4、供水管和該閥前的回水管應(yīng)分別裝設(shè)壓力表，便于調(diào)節(jié)控制壓差；

5、如發(fā)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)流量過(guò)大或過(guò)小，可能的原因是管道元件安裝時(shí)的雜物卡阻在閥塞上，可將1/2//球閥關(guān)閉3~5分鐘，這時(shí)如果是較輕堵塞，即可自動(dòng)消除，如還不能消除，則要拆開(kāi)閥門檢查并消除堵塞物；

6、控制壓差調(diào)節(jié)方法：逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛘{(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓閥桿，觀察壓差閥后壓力表降低0.01 MPa時(shí)，控制壓差即由設(shè)定的0.02 MPa到0.03 MPa，以此類推；

7、該閥的工作壓差為0.02~0.3 MPa，如安裝后發(fā)現(xiàn)其工作壓差大于0.3 MPa時(shí)應(yīng)在供水管上安裝手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥，降低熱力入口裝置處的供、回水管壓差，否則，壓差閥可能只在小開(kāi)度下長(zhǎng)期工作，會(huì)產(chǎn)生噪音，還會(huì)大大降低該閥的使用壽命。

Third, differential pressure control valve installation and debugging
