該產品用于金屬、非金屬材料的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切等力學性能試驗。配以種類繁多的附具，還可用于型材和構件的力學性能試驗。在試樣變形大，試驗速度快的繩、帶、絲、橡膠、塑料等材料試驗領域，同樣具有非常的應用前景。適用于質量監督、教學科研、航空航天、鋼鐵冶金、汽車、建工建材等試驗領域。
本設備采用機械加荷、電子測量、數字連續調速，應用微型單片機進行實時控制。應用于具有環形橫截面的熱塑性塑料管材和玻璃鋼管環剛度的測定,滿足PE雙臂波紋管、纏繞管和各種管材標準的要求。該機對試驗力、位移、速度同時進行數字顯示，并有試驗力峰值保持功能。適用于塑料管材環柔、環剛度、扁平、管材蠕變比率等試驗。
