   DEL(M)系列皮帶稱重給料機(jī)（調(diào)速或恒速皮帶秤）是對(duì)各種散塊狀、顆粒狀、粉狀等物料實(shí)行連續(xù)稱重，批次給料、配料的動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、水泥、化工、火某炭、礦山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、糧食、化肥、飼料、港口、電力、焦化、等行業(yè)

DEL (M) series of belt weighing feeder (Adjust speed or Constant speed belt scales) is fit for all loose bulk, granular, powdery materials implement continuous weighing,  dynamic metering and charge mixture equipment. Widely used in building materials, cement, chemical, coal, mining, ceramics, gl, metallurgy, food, fertilizer, feed, ports, electricity, coking industry, environmental protection etc.

工作原理Working Principle

來自皮帶上物料的重量信號(hào)和皮帶運(yùn)行的速度信號(hào)一同傳送到微處理控制器，自動(dòng)計(jì)算出物料的瞬時(shí)流量。通過連續(xù)不斷的比較設(shè)定流量與實(shí)際物料的瞬時(shí)流量，從而調(diào)節(jié)皮帶運(yùn)行的速度，使實(shí)際物料流量保持在設(shè)定流量值上。

The weight signal and speed signal belt running from the belt material to transfer to the micro processing controller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of materials. The transient flow through the continuous setting flow and the actual material, to adjust the belt running speed, so that the actual material flow is maintained in the set value of flow.

1、 全懸浮式直接計(jì)量結(jié)構(gòu)（號(hào)：.3），皮帶自動(dòng)張力調(diào)節(jié)和自動(dòng)糾偏功能。

2、 采用高的數(shù)字稱重模塊，數(shù)字傳輸，分辨率高、信號(hào)無衰減、干擾強(qiáng)。

By using high precision dial weighing module, dial tranission, high resolution, no signal attenuation, no interference.

3、 控制器采用觸摸顯示技術(shù)，中英文圖形化顯示，顯示直觀，操作簡(jiǎn)單。

The controller uses touch display technology，Chinese- English graphical display, Intuitive display, operation simple.

4、 可接485通訊，CAN通訊，DCS,PLC等接口。

It can connect 485 communications; CAN communication, DCS, PLC etc. interface.

5、 GPRS無線數(shù)傳功能，可以短信報(bào)表、遠(yuǎn)程診斷、校秤等功能。

GPRS wireless data tranission function, can S report, remote diagnosis, remote control scales and other functions.

注:以上型號(hào)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格，主從滾筒中心距標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還有1800、2500、3000、3500、4000等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長度。非標(biāo)型號(hào)可根據(jù)用戶要求定制。

Remark: The above models are standard, master-slave roller center distance has1800, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 standard length. Non standard models can be customized according to user requirements.
