The SamRAE 940 is the most advanced and most intuitive isotopic identifier available today. As the successor to the SAM 935, the patented QCC technology continues to have the fastest and most sensitive gamma source identification. The 940 also includes digital electronics, single hand operation, a large bright color display and easy user interface.
There is a virtually unlimited spectral memory. Data download in standard formats can be accomplished by Ethernet, RS-232 or simple insertion of the compact flash memory into a PC. The 940 package includes a copy of Quantum MCA software for further analysis and spectral storage on your PC. All spectra are time and date stamped. The user/administrator interface allows for simple to full featured operation and the parameters can be stored on Compact flash for easy change of operation in the event of emergency or change of missionR
