雙金屬溫度計

一、結構與用途 Structure and Use

雙金屬溫度計是采用雙金屬片作為感溫元件用于測量中低溫一種測溫儀表，電接點雙金屬溫度計能在溫度超過設定值時，輸出電信號以達到控制的目的。與玻璃溫度計比較，具有無汞害、讀數清晰、堅固耐用的特點。廣泛用于機械、化工、輕紡、制藥、食品、船舶等生產過程中測量和控制。
雙金屬溫度計訂貨時須分別注明產品的型號、測量范圍、安裝螺紋、保護管長度外殼直徑、準確度等級等技術參數。

The bimetallic thermometer is made of double metal sheets for the test component and to test the low temperature when the temperature pass the setting tempermure,the meter will transmit the electric signal, and get the control aim. Compare with the glass thermometer, have no mercury damage, clean to read firmly features. Widely used in machinery, chemistry, slub, medicine, food, and shipping process to act temperature test and control.
The bimetallic thermometer should note the products model. test range, fix screw, protect pipe length, shield diameter, accuracy and other technique parameter.

注：①WSS系列雙金屬溫度計是一種普通現場指示型測溫儀表。
②WSSX系列電接點雙金屬溫度計能在工作溫度達到或過(低于)給予定值時發出信號，還具有現場指示和遠傳顯示功能的一體化溫度測量儀表。可用來直接測量氣體，液體和物質的溫度。一體儀表可現場清晰地看到指示值，又可把信號遠傳到控制室，起到了一表兩用的作用。
Note：①WWS series bimetallic thermometer is a normal direction style meter.
②WSSX series meter is a mal-function meter．not only to show the number in scene or transmit to the control table. Can be test the gas, liquid and medium temperature, get this two function.
