L3230BD正置明暗視場透反射金相顯微鏡是一種多用途工業(yè)檢驗用光學(xué)儀器，配置明/暗場物鏡、大視野目鏡與偏光觀察裝置，透反射照明采用“柯勒”照明系統(tǒng)，視場清晰?？捎糜诎雽?dǎo)體硅晶片、LCD基板、電路板、固體粉未及其它各種透明或不透明工業(yè)試樣的檢驗，是生物學(xué)、金屬學(xué)、礦物學(xué)、精密工程學(xué)、電子工程學(xué)等研究的理想儀器。L3230BD upright bight or dark tranitted or reflected light metallurgical microscope is a multi-purpose industrial inspection optical instrument. It is equipped with bright or dark field objectives, wide field eyepieces and integrated polarization observation device, the Kohler illuminator is used in the tranitted and reflected illuminating system, the whole field is clear and uniformity. It is suitable for inspecting, such as semiconductor silicon wafer, LCD floor plate, electrocircuit plate, solid powder and all kind of industry sample that translucent or opaque. It is the ideal instruments in research work in biology, metallography, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, etc.
