楔壓測試儀是測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)楔鑄樣品VDGP340和類似類型的樣品和材料。它通過機(jī)電加載力值的手段，使兩個楔角是90°和刀尖半徑0.2毫米的壓力楔為楔壓負(fù)荷的樣本傳送負(fù)載。

通過力值測量裝置測量和評估試樣在被穿透和分裂過程。早在1934年，二盧德維克和J.Krystof發(fā)現(xiàn)在維也納舉行的有關(guān)斷口表面能，在兩個相反排列的刀片之間切斷鑄鐵工件的負(fù)載可以直接關(guān)系到拉強(qiáng)度。這種方法跟拉伸試驗比，其優(yōu)點是簡單直接，更能直接反應(yīng)表面能。因此，這種測試為提供高鑄件的質(zhì)量提供一種要的方法。

This device runs with measuring, controlling and
evaluating electronic unit. It has a LCD-display and a
numeric keyboard. The measuring results can be PC-
evaluated optionally.
A safety device prevents anybody from reaching the test
chamber and the specimens from splitting when testing.
