Setting Date and time in normal time:

Year-Month-Date-Hour-Minute-Second.

1.In the date and time mode, prs the MODE button to enter swatch function.
2.It(swatch) can show hour, minute, second and 1/100 second unit, it can also record up to 10 hours.
3.Before using this function, all dis must be se to zero:0:00’00’0.
4.Prs lap/sput/ret key when swatch ss.
5.Prs START/S button to s counting , then prs LAO/SPUT/RET button, when s watch measur.
