YI-10/6000氣動金剛石鏈條鋸(礦用氣動鏈條鋸)，是我公司經過多年的探索，開發(fā)出的新型切割與開槽工具。
氣動金剛石鏈條鋸由金剛石鏈條鋸頭、液壓膠管總成、自加壓冷卻水箱三大部分組成，液壓膠管總成將氣源和金剛石鏈條鋸連接起來，氣源提供的氣壓驅動金剛石鏈條鋸運轉，進行切割。工作時，冷卻水通過鏈板中間的孔流向切割部位，起到冷卻和降塵的作用。
氣動金剛石鏈條鋸可用于巖石、礦山開采，用于密閉墻的砌筑，也可用于救援時的混凝土與巖石破拆。
氣動金剛石鏈條鋸所需要的氣源可以是通風管道或空氣壓縮機（鏈條鋸接受的壓力為5-7公斤）。

Q:目前已經有液壓金剛石鏈條鋸，為何還推出氣動金剛石鏈條鋸？
A: 液壓金剛石鏈條鋸存在笨重，長距離操作、若不能解決密封的問題，還有時漏油，但氣動金剛石鏈條鋸就不存在這些問題，它10公斤的重量，單人就可操作，距離氣源可200米。
Q:氣動金剛石鏈條鋸的動力是什么？井下如何解決？
A:：壓縮空氣。1、通風管道提供壓縮空氣2、若就近沒有通風管道，配備空氣壓縮機也可以。
